It's a great time to be in multi-family construction.  With the housing market in the tank, developers are scrambling to get rental units available to fill the demand. We are as busy as we have been in nearly 4 years, and have a nearly 12 month backlog.  We know that things will eventually cool as they always do, but we're optimistic that a great couple of years will allow for a more stable market down the road.
